Due to the perishable nature of wine and legal restrictions regarding alcohol shipping, we offer replacements or credits for bottles that are corked, damaged, or otherwise flawed. Please contact our cellar team within 30 days of delivery to resolve any issues with your order.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Delivery

    Examine your shipment immediately upon arrival to ensure all bottles are intact and no leakage has occurred during transit.

    Contact Customer Support

    If you encounter a flawed or damaged bottle, email our support team with your order number and a photo of the issue.

    Verification Review

    Our wine experts will review your claim and, in some cases, may provide a prepaid label to return the remaining contents for laboratory analysis.

  • 4.
    Resolution Selection

    Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, provide store credit, or ship a replacement bottle if inventory allows.
