This hails from Les Arcs-sur-Argens, a picturesque hilltop near the bay of Saint-Tropez, the Croisette in Cannes, the Gorges du Verdon, and even Aix-en-Provence – it’s basically smack dab in the middle of where I want to be right now, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the glorious vineyards of Provence. These unbelievably happy vineyards (why wouldn’t they be?!?!) provide some 45% Grenache, and 35% Cinsault, plus a dash of Caladoc, Mourvèdre, and Rolle to make these bubbles shine...and...how they shine, indeed!
