Shipping is free on most orders once you hit a specific bottle count threshold, which is clearly displayed on the product page for each daily deal.
What happens if my wine is corked or damaged?
We stand by every bottle we sell. If you receive a corked or damaged bottle, please contact our support team within 30 days and we will issue a credit to your account.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
Yes, during extreme weather months, we offer complimentary temperature-controlled shipping or the option to hold your wine in our cellar until conditions are safe for transit.
What are 'Marathon' events?
Marathons are special sales events where we flip through hundreds of different wines in a single day. These happen periodically and offer the widest variety of our cellar's inventory.
